Pamela Anderson has announced she’ll be boycotting the Kentucky Derby horse race this year because she thinks it’s a cruel spectacle - and she’s urging other celebrities to stay away too. The outspoken, animal-loving actress/model has joined activists at People For The Ethical Treatment Of Animals (PETA) in a new campaign to end the famous US horse race’s celebrity connections. She says, “I think….”
There was more to that quote, but I’m just going to stop right there because the word “think” escaped her lips. I’m glad she’s taking a stand against the Kentucky Derby though, they obviously can’t have the race now. It was much more effective than say.. helping out at an animal shelter or donating money to the Humane Society.
